Insurance isn't always an easy thing to understand. At Dr. Wampler's, we take the time to work with you and your insurance company to ensure that you are able to use all the benefits outlined in your insurance plan. 

We are happy to educate you so you know just how much your insurance company will cover and what your out of pocket expenses will be. 

If you're having trouble understanding your bill or your insurance EOB (explanation of benefits), please feel free to call our office and speak with the office manager regarding your bill and your insurance benefits.  Please remember that it normally takes 6-8 weeks before most insurances respond to your claim.   

If you have questions about your bill, we encourage you to call our office manager on Mondays to clear up any questions or concerns you may have.  Monday's office hours  for billing are 9:00-2:00.
