understanding your bill or your insurance EOB (explanation o If you receive a bill within the first month of your dental services and you have insurance, please wait until your insurance company has sent you your EOB before paying your portion. If you have questions about your bill, we encourage you to call our office manager on Mondays to clear up any questions or concerns you may have. Monday's office hours for billing are 9:00-2:00.
